Kitchen sink swap

Has anyone swapped out the undermount kitchen sink. Our 2021 was an early build and came with the single bowl. DW want's to swap it out for the double bowl like they put in the newer one's. Installed many sink's in houses but didn't know if the undermount was an easy swap out.

Easy. Disconnect drain, loosen hanging clips, cut the caulk to free the sink. Install new, change drain piping to accommodate duals. An afternoon job.
