Forum member Klenger was a valued participant on this forum. For reasons he did not share he sold his camper and has moved on. Before he left he invited everyone to download the files on his website. (To my knowledge they are no longer available.)
Attached is a single PDF that has all the individual files I could salvage. Unfortunately the majority of the text-related information was lost.
I wish Klenger well in whatever he is pursuing now--his contributions here are sorely missed.
