LCI Axle Hanger Measurement Form and Procedure and suspension failures

For those who might be interested in whether or not their hangers have been welded in a straight line front-to-rear and therefore impacting alignment, below is the LCI measurement form for a dual axle. If there are any significant variances, it will increase load on the spring eyes, hangers, wet bolts, bushings that might lead to premature failure. Measurements taken by the tech so far, I'm 1/4" out in three places; T-1 and T-2, W-1 and W-2, and Roadside Y-1 and Y-2. Haven't figured out how all this adds up yet but my rear axle is not perpendicular to the frame.
