Leak detection monitor that is BT only (ie, does not need WiFi)

After having two shower drain leaks, I want to put a leak detector in the basement. I have them now that just alert you with noise. Not a good thing if i am in the shower at 11pm and wifey (and neighbors next door) are fast asleep.

What I am looking for is an alarm that will alert me on the phone. (Also for battery status, etc).

There are many like the GoVee products but they all require WiFi which we dont have (we use hotspots instead). Like this one: Amazon.com

We have a similar device in the fridge that alerts me when the temp gets above a certain level. It merely alerts me on the phone via Bluetooth. https://a.co/d/iu6Tyb3

There are also a few that just have a loud alarm.
