We recently discovered a small soft spot in bedroom floor of our 2021 Transcend Xplor 297QB
We have resealed window and all front seals with Geocel GC28100 Pro Flex RV Flexible Sealant and front cap with Dicor self leveling and non sag We also raised front slightly so that it drains to back of rig. We could not find any area on roof that looks suspicious. We opened under belly and found insulation was saturated but very little damage to wood and no mold. We have been trying to dry area with fan from under rig but our moisture meter readings are not improving. Are we missing something?
