Level Up usage

I place wood or leveling blocks under my front and rear jacks unhitch and let the auto level do its job. I do need to zero my system as its a bit off.
But hear is my problem we didn't get any manuals what so ever with our unit! And yes have contacted GD Customer service more times than I care to remember. No USB, NO MANUALS!!!

I calibrated my system as soon as I bought it. I start the auto level with the nose high after unhooking from my truck. I don't mess with blocks of wood. I use auto level exclusively and have never had a problem.

I started using the blocks after I received the out of stroke error message a few times.

I have the lippert six point hydraulic levels, didn't get any instruction manuals either. As per instructions on coach, turn on, push front for up unhooking, pull truck out, push auto level. The front dips down then supposed to go into auto level. Mine does go all the way down in front, then times out with error push enter to acknowledge. I then have to Manuel level, any suggestions?

It's trying to find it's starting point and can't. Try raising the front so it is too high then press auto, it might help. If not maybe a bad level sensor. Or it needs to be recalibrated.

I found several you tube videos on the Ground 3 system. Also you can download the entire manual from the Lippert web site.
