Details? Are you connected to shore power? What does the battery voltage read?

Try releasing the parking brake and, with your foot on the brakes, put it into Drive. That's a fail safe that should return the jacks. Let us know, what ever works.

Interesting, and maybe it's because you have the Ford to our Mercedes. Ours was in Elkhart for repairs and when it was time to leave yesterday my wife mentioned the jack screen being finicky to work. I brought up your condition and my response. Service Tech stated merely releasing the parking brake will cause the jacks to retract. No need to go to the extra step of putting the vehicle in drive. Anyway, good to know you found a solution.
