Light switch blows fuse

I have a 2023 XLS 17MKE that when the light switch by the door is pressed it blows the fuse to the Compass Connect Panel. The fuse is marked bathroom lights which also are not working when the fuse is blown. Any help to track this down would be much appreciated.

Start at one end or the other. Like test the switch disconnected of all wires to see if its bad, also could be the light/s and it/they need to be checked disconnected to see if bad, the the wires need to be checked for a short, such as being pinched, eaten by a rodent, a staple/screw through them. Leaving the fuse out one can test the wires switch to fuse, and so on with the light wires to fuse.

Its a start somewhere and a prosses of elimination till the problem is found and fixed.
