Has anyone here had any recent (in the last 30 days or so) successful contact with Lionshead Tire & Wheel from a warranty perspective?

I've a cracked rim, and followed their directions for their warranty form, and submitted it last Thursday. I also called later on Thursday, Friday, and again today just to confirm receipt of the documents I sent. I left voicemails on Thursday and Friday, and today's call resulted in a full voicemail box. Calls to other departments also resulted in being dumped into voicemail. I can't seem to get a live person. Is this typical for them?

I've got a call into GD to see if they can offer an alternative number, or any advice. Wound up having to leave a voicemail there, too.

Actually, I received an e-mail update from them today. And they are going to ship me a new tire. Who did you contact and did you completed the proper form?

• Wide photo of the wheel that visibly shows the wheel design and tire brand • Photo of each wheel’s defect
• Photo of the back of each wheel showing the required stamps
