Noticed tire temp going up to 113f. All others 95ish, ambient 89. Got to campsite tire pressure had rather suddenly flopped to 70 from 85. Put on spare and aired up both to 80. Next morning OEM Goodyear was at 63psi. Took to small town tire shop, said tire had tread separation. Emailed Lionshead. Said go to Goodyear warranty service center. Nearest is Discount Tire Kerrville, Tx.

Anyone have experience with Lionshead

They cover the tires as well on Grand Design but just like always it would appear they are diverting
It's a Goodyear thing. Lionshead has no problem covering the other brands of tires under their warranty, but even we have to take them to a Goodyear Warranty Center.

I had a full set of 4 endurances fail within two months of receiving my reflection last year, Lionshead wouldn't touch them. I had to work with Goodyear. Not even sure why they market covering the tires, as that is literally the point of the 1 year no questions warranty? To me its a marketing scheme. Was a very frustrating process. Moved away from the Endurances as my second set started to do the same thing.

Made it to Kerrville after having a spare spare put on the OEM rim at "Bob's far west Texas tire center. It's a Travelstar G-rated ST225/75x15 that Bob's said most of the ranchers have very little trouble with. Max load 3020# @110psi. I'm running it @80psi due to not finding the rim rating on the back. I plan on disposing of the OEM spare - a 3yo Westlake riding on the rear tire carrier. Never seen use. I'll not be using it except in a dire emergency!

Goodyear will adjust for the remaining life, so ~$90 off a new replacement.

I was hoping to get 3.5 years on the Endurance tires but now plan to replace all. Was hoping to move up a bit in rating but not to 16". Not many 15" G-rated tires out there. The guy at DT said I can go to F-rated, but those also look rare.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks,
