Lippert Level Up issues

Looking for information / advice on the level up system. My system was working fine a few weeks ago but yesterday I tried to turn it on and nothing happened on the touch panel, no power, no LCD ....nothing. I know there's been some issues and have done some preliminary trouble shooting but so far no results. I unplugged the touch panel as suggested in another forum and left it unplugged for about 20 minutes, plugged it back in..still nothing. I have fully charged batteries, and checked a 10 amp in line fuse which was okay, so now I'm looking for other trouble shooting suggestions or information that might be helpful.....Thanks.

If no power to the panel, you will have to start tracing wires backward to find where it is broken/or parted. I would test the fuse first, some times they look OK but are not. Then look for areas where the wiring could get moved about.

Is your battery disconnect switch in the correct position?

Do any other 12v items work?

Yes, I've doubled checked both the battery disconnect and my other 12 volt items do work.

Strange. I'd agree that you need to start tracing wires. I'd pull off the false wall in the basement and start by checking the wires going to to the main control module for 12v and go from there.

Actually, I want to clarify, is this the One Control system or just the touchpad that controls the landing gear? If just landing gear, I'd start at the pad and work my backwards until you can get to the source or the controller.
