Hello all, trying to resolve the issue with one of my lippert schwintek slides. I have replaced the motor cable and tried a different controller I do not think any of those are the issue I was getting the code for short in wire harness, have ruled this out with new harness. Main issue, the slides are extremely out of sync and the right side slide is way slower than the left side they get into a bind and fault the controller. I have tried a new motor on both side and swapped the left and right motors all situations end with the same result right side cannot keep up with the left side. I’m at a loss I cannot figure this one out does anyone have any insight into this. 2021 367bhs and it is the bunk house slide that is the issue. Thank you

If you haven't already, give Lippert Tech Support a call. They are usually very good with guidance and trouble shooting.

In my 2022 2500RL, we had similar issues and it came down to the aluminum schwintek slide shafts were allowing too much flex and 1 motor would always overdrive the other and get it out of sync, and the gears would jump and bind up. We got stuck in CO in a snow storm and had to stay with my cousin b/c we couldn't get the slide out

Long story short, Lippert approved steel shafts and the issue has never returned

Good luck
