I took possession of my trailer last Friday. In going through it inspecting and adding some mods. I noticed a box for the Lippert TPMS. Looking around, I found the dock installed in the passthrough. There were an assortment of parts along with some instructions in the box, but no where to be found were the sensors, not in the box, not on the valve stems.
Are the sensors additional items that have to be purchased separately. I can not see where GD would install part of a system and not include the parts to finish it out.
Has this happened to anyone else? Going to call Lippert in the morning.

I’m picking up my 303RLS next month. The GD brochure on the website says the TPMS is included. I hope it is. If not, I will call GD. Some members here say they have an out, meaning the fine print says they may change features without notice. On another line of the brochure just says prepped. That would mean the box you found.

I just picked up my 2021 340RDS last week. The TireLinc box that was in my unit held the receiver, the sensors, and some other misc items.

Yours should have included the sensors as well. Sounds to me like someone helped themselves to your sensors before you took delivery.

That's what I thought. Even the lock nuts and o-rings were in the box. Everything but the sensors. I thought it strange that GD would insta the rest of the kit and leave out sensors.

When we brought our 320MKS home, everything was in the TireLinc box. First contact the dealer, if you don't get anywhere with them, call Grand Design. Or, if you don't really trust your dealer you make it right, go straight to Grand Design.

FYI, My 2021 303 had all the sensors.

To the OP, they should have been in there.

Thanks. I called the dealer after we signed the papers and the sales guy said it was just prepped. I’m taking my truck in tomorrow to get the 5th wheel hitch installed. I’m going to go into the trailer and take a look.

I'm going to cal Lippert and ask if the sensors are included in the OEM kit. If yes, I've got a leg upon the dealer. If not I guess I just drop it.

I went with a dedicated screen system. Far superior to the Lippert system imo

Issue resolved and big Kudos to GD. Lippert verified that there should have been sensors in the box, and that they never send outparts for a partial install. If they send out the OEM kit, it has all of the parts.
Next stop was GD. I explained the situation and with no hesitation, they are sending out four sensors. What a great company and really refreshing after dealing with Keystone CS who tells you to take everything back to the dealer for resolution.

Picked my trailer up two weeks ago. In the black bag full of documentation there was a Lippert TPMS box that contained everything including the tire stem sending units.

Sounds like someone forgot to finish their job. I just got the same box and the sensors come with the docking station and dont loose the little wrench.
