Looking at 2021 31mb

Thanks for the add!! Just got done looking ant an 2021 31mb and I have a couple questions.

I have read that all the little plastic rollers on the outside of the slides should be able to moved with your finger. Only 1 of the 6 on all three slides was able to be moved. Slides went in and out no problem. Is this a bad sign?

2nd question know they are walk on roofs… this one felt a little soft? Are all GD’s like that? I don’t remember my Salem feeling terribly soft.

Last… is under belly sag in the front common or is that a sign of water issues?

First off, welcome to the forum. Soft roofs and sagging bellies are not good signs. I'd recommend you find a qualified RV inspector before purchasing that coach.
