Looking for a 20 to 30 Amp Generator I Can Lift

We are looking for a generator that can put out anywhere from 20 to 30 Amps AC in a single unit that I can lift, meaning no heavier than 70 lbs. Let me start by stating that we are leaning heavily towards either buying 2 Honda 2200s or 2 Yamaha 2200 inverter generators. As you know these aren't cheap costing over $2100, so before I dig real deep into my pockets, I'd like to hear about other peoples experience with these "off brand" generators like A-iPower, Pulsar, Champion, GenMax, Wen, Generac, etc that are in 3300 to 4300 watt (starting) range and possibly even duel fuel before I make my final decision.

My main issue unfortunately is weight (cost is also a factor) and I worry about the reliability of the "off brands". I have to be able to handle the generator with one arm. I injured my left wrist beyond repair making it basically useless. I've been searching the web, reading reviews and there are a whole bunch of "off brand" generators that claim to put 20 to 30 amps of AC that also claim to be quiet enough for most campgrounds and are in the $500 to $800 price range. I've watched a bunch of videos and read reviews but I've learned over the years all that gliders is not always gold. So I was wondering if anyone on this site had any meaningful experience with them and what they thought, did they last, were they quiet, etc.

Lastly, I'd prefer to buy an American made portable inverter generator, but there just doesn't seem to be one. They all seem to be made somewhere in Asia

Thanks!

I honestly don't think you'll find one that weight less than 100lbs. Costco has a Firman 3200W (4000W peak) for $700 that a lot of people like. But it's 110lbs.

Westinghouse has a couple of 4000w (3300 running) that are 70lbs. They also have the 30amp plug-in. Both are running under $800.00.
I have two 4500's and they have been great.

As weight is a big issue be advised that for example a Honda EU2200 weighs about 53 lbs loaded with fuel. I've got the EU2000 and it's kinda tough to deal with if you are having to lift up high. If this is a problem you might consider bypassing the 2X2000w generators and going to one 3000w generator with some kind of lifting aid.

The Honda is a great generator, but I'm sure some of the less expensive brands would work well for you. There is a ton of info on the internet on the Champions to help you if you have issues.

We have this generator. It has worked very well for us, it can run the air conditioner with a SoftStart. At 53 pounds it's easy to move. A parallel kit is available if you need two.

It looks like Pulsar has one that is more similar to your needs: https://www.amazon.com/Pulsar-GD400BN-super-quiet-Capability-Compliant/dp/B0BHXLT5D9

Note: I believe Pulsars are assembled in the USA although the motor is from Asia. I also looked for USA-made before purchasing my Pulsar but couldn't find one. At 48 pounds with a dedicated 30 Amp plug, it's hard to beat for a dual-fuel model. If I used mine more, I might upgrade, the idea of running the genny from my onboard propane tanks has a lot of appeal.
