I've finished our lithium battery conversion and everything works great! The new batteries are located in the storage bay and I've removed the old lead acid battery from the front of our trailer. Now I've got a big space on the tongue of the trailer (where the battery used to be) that I'd like to fill a simple storage box. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find anything that fits. I'd like to use the box to store pieces of wood that we use under the stabilizers and other misc. stuff. Has anyone done this? We own an Imagine 2670MK.

Your thoughts are appreciated!

Check out Harbor Freight. They have a box that fits and costs about $150 (or less on sale)

I looked for something like this for my Reflection, but I could find anything that would work with the overhang I have. I also decided that I did not want to add additional weight to my tongue. I ended up getting a hitch mount rack and I had the perfect toolbox for it. This holds my stabilizer pads, sewer supports and Lynx levelers plus my short power cord and surge protector.

I don't know what you have for space on the tongue vs mine, but I installed this on the tongue. In transit it holds leveler blocks (the plastic yellow ones). While parked and we're using the levelers, it's where I lock up the truck hitch, bars, etc. This one doesn't hinder the turning radius, and I'm able to get the key in to lock the latch, however, I did replace the rigid plastic propane tank cover with a soft cover.

I bought this is Nov 2021 and it's held up well. Hasn't faded or anything. The only issue is when we go to FL in the winter for a couple of months, the chrome handles and latch show some surface rust. When I get home and clean up the trailer it comes off easily with SOS pads (steel wool).
