looking for converter location

Just got a 2015 Reflection 313 RLTS...travel trailer. My battery isn't charging and I am pretty sure it is the fuses on the converter. Does anyone else have a new 313? and knows the location of this thing. I think I've looked everywhere..... Since its not working....can't hear the fan. If you have one and have heard it let me know please.

On my 337, it's located behind the panel in the basement storage area. Once you take out the screws, it's very easy to access the fuses.

As the converter is separate from the breaker panel, check the power connection if the converter fuses are OK. Probably a silly question but is the breaker for the converter switched on?

Guys that's the problem..... I can't find it. The CB isn't popped and I still reset that. I found the Water Heater, heater, looked inside storage area behind every panel that is reasonable to remove. I have basically ran out of locations that aren't a full project. Am hoping someone who has a new 313 has heard theirs spin on and can give me a hint.

I have a 337, so I can't help you,
But you might pull out some of the drawers in the cabinets and look in through those openings if you haven't already.

Worse case is to turn all power off and remove the entire breaker panel and look for it. If it's still not visible, the heavy gauge wires from the converter to the 12V fuse side of the panel will show you where it is.

Tucson jim, what panel in the basement storage area? Pics would be nice! Trying to find mine! Lol

Tucson Jim hasn't been on the forum for a long time. It would be helpful to know what model you have as to where the converter is. But most often the converter is behind the basement wall toward the back side of storage compartment. In other words if your looking in the front right passenger side of the storage compartment the converter is behind the basement wall to your left. Remove that wall by removing the screws and the converter will be behind it on the passengers side.
