We took our Solitude 369RL in to our dealer (Dandy RV) for warranty work a couple or three weeks ago. There were only a few things that had to be repaired, but one of them was a dining room chair. I was sitting in it when we were camping last and the back, were it is attached to the uprights, broke through the wood.

I thought maybe it could be repaired or even replaced. When we picked up "Good Times" this morning, there were 4 brand new dining room chairs in the camper. Since the company had changed the fabric pattern, Grand Design replaced all 4 chairs. I know that was the right thing to do, since I didn't have anything to do with the fabric pattern change, but there were no questions asked, no hassle, and no fighting with a factory Rep to get this approved through warranty. Things like this just don't happen anymore.

Thank you Grand Design, you have a customer for life!

BTW: Have I ever told you guys, "We love our Solitude"!

That is the way it should be. As you said the loyalty that builds cant be underestimated. Thanks for posting the positive which makes me feel much better with a new trailer on the way.
