I assume these are the low point drains. Note they have no valves or caps. Am I overlooking the obvious (again)? How do I drain these?

Disregard, I found them. They are well forward of the axles, red and blue with valves as you expect. These blue lines must be some type of vents although they are not for the fresh water tank. It is located, and vented, at the rear of the camper.

These are the water overflow for the fresh water tank. If you overfill the fresh, these drains will start gushing water.

As previously stated one is an over flow for the fresh tank and the other is a breather tube for the same. They can be problem at times siphoning off the tank as you drive down the road. Many have installed shut off valves on them to prevent this from happening but you have to remember to open them when you are setup.
