Low point drains

Hi all,
I have a couple of questions

I was winterizing the plumbing system yesterday. (GD Reflection 287RLTS) No problems but I noticed when I went to loosen the low point drains to make sure there was antifreeze in the drains, one blue drain had no pressure at all. I have emptied all the water out of it prior to and was thinking this may be due to the bypass?

The other issue I have noticed is that when I use the power fill mode on the Nautilus system, I am not getting any water in my hot water tank. I swore that the HW tank would fill but I'm not getting anything. When I switch to dry camping mode, the pump fills the HW tank without problem. But after looking at some photos provided by someone who put the Nautilus dials into pics, it looks like the HW tank should fill on City water setting rather than the power fill?

I believe power fill only fills the holding tank, not other parts of the system.

Thanks. I was going over my owners manual and looks like that is the deal with the HW tank fill up. Still investigating the one low point drain.
