We have a 2017 27RL 5th wheel and have what looks like something square pushing thru the side panel close to the corner. This is causing the seam also to come loose from corner. I have pics of it but have no idea how to post it on here from my phone. Has anyone else had anything like this happen or know what it could possibly be? We will call Grand Design Monday. Thanks Tara

Can't say without seeing it. Can you get to a computer to post the pics? (I'm not a phone/TapaTalk expert.)

If you are on the road and using the trailer my recommendation is to figure out what is causing the skirt to bend out. If you are not able to crawl under there and take a look then you need to find someone to look at it. If there is a serious problem and you keep putting miles on it you could cause major damage.

To a lesser extent, my 303, has the same damage. I think it's a problem with the side to side flex of the frame, behind the axles. I plan on putting in some X brace to help, keep this dogs tail from wag'n.

We got a hold of our dealer and not very happy with them at all!!! I sent them 6 pictures of this and they said you have been hit!!! Are you kidding me!! Will not be doing business with them. They ask do ypu want us to give you an estimate on repair? Absolutely not!! Just wanted to give you guys an update.

We-c-usa thanks! We would appreciate if you could post a pic after your fix. Sounds like what we need to do. It started small and now its like the pic. Hubby is very curious how you are going to do this. Thanks again Tara

Ok had an rv repair guy come out and look at this and a weld broke which caused the back end to shift. Thats us the cause of the problem.
