Several new features and upgrades were highlighted at the Hershey RV Show, with Grand Design’s Solitude, Influence, and Momentum models now offering MorRyde independent suspension and disc brakes as standard—widely regarded by members as a significant improvement. The 150 Series Reflection moves to a Curt Touring Coil spring suspension and Curt Helux pinbox, eliminating the Turning Point, which drew both relief and concern from current owners about future parts availability. A new 100 Series... More...
It is the "old" build.

The new stuff only started in mid-September.

The fiberglass roof is set to start sometime in October.

It really stinks when we have to call a new model year (2026) an old build, or leftover....LOL

Between the fiberglass roof AND Morryde Independent Suspension, I'd hate to get an "early build" 2026 model without. Something to look for if you're in the market currently.

Yep, pretty much the only difference will be the price.....

I forgot, I did capture a photo of the sensors. They go in between the pad and cylinder rod. I took this photo while they were "calibrating" the weigh system using the scale pads at each point. They compared and matched readings with the corresponding pad to calibrate.

Until they weigh under the tires the trailer weight is still unknown

Tires can be raised are just off the ground during a full weigh. Plus the app is supposed to remember the weight before you load then after you add cargo it will reflect the added weight in the new weight in. There's many possibilities with the system.

But that is not likely to be done by very many since we’re told not to use hydraulics to lift the entire trailer. Also the internal memory would not know if it was ever done. It would be like weighing your truck & trailer on a CAT scale. Unless you also weighed your truck alone you would not know the weight of the tenor the pin weight.

The guys developing it told me it gets calibrated, that's why it was on the plate scales at the moment when I took the photo. They have all the answers since they're developing and seemed to be taking all things into consideration. It all seemed pretty simple to me.
I'm not going into anymore details since I'm not involved in the development plus it's not even available yet.
