I have a 2014 solitude with a carefree manual awning in addition to my electronic awning. I've never used the manual one and while I'm waiting for my electronic awning to be repaired I'm trying to figure out the manual awning. The open close switch on the roller has a small locking mechanism that the open close lever fits into. I haven't seen one like this and I'm not sure how to push the lever to the open position with this locking piece on it. Does anybody have any idea what I'm talking about and how I move the switch to the open position? Any help is appreciated and thank you for allowing me into this forum.
