Massage chair won’t turn off

Hi everyone. Just noticed that my massage chair is stuck on. Every other button works but when i push the massage button, the massage option won’t turn off, it keeps on vibrating. Only way I can get it to stop is to unplug the chair. Has anybody dealt with this and know how to fix it? Thanks

Sounds like you need a new control pad. Mine [deleted] the bed a couple years ago, I got a replacement under warrantee, easy swap out.

You can get under the chair and disconnect the power to the vibrator. I did that also for heat when the basset gets up in it.
