After pulling the Solitude 2500+ miles and staying on the road for two weeks, we're finally settled in at our RV Park for the winter. No water leaks, no grease leaking from the seals on the axles, and no major problems of any kind. It's come through with flying colors and we really love it in comparison to our trade-in. However...........

Our Maxxfan was an issue right from the PDI. It did not work at all at first during the inspection and the tech did something to get it working after about an hour. It still made light scraping noises right from the beginning on slow speeds. I asked about that but he said it was good to go.

Well, this morning it gave a couple of scrapes, a couple of groans, and completely stopped. Repeated attempts to revive the patient have failed. The cap goes up and down no problem, but the fan doesn't work at all. What nice timing for it to quit. We're 1700 miles away from our dealer and are here until the end of April. And this is the place we could really use the fan.

Any other solutions for us, or should I just wait until May or so and get the fan replaced at our dealer? Thanks for the reply.

Hi Gary & Marcy (@tobymaxx),

I've asked Ryan Prough, the Warranty Manager here, to contact you to discuss. Or if it's more convenient for you, Ryan can be reached at our Customer Support number which is (574) 825-9679.

Best regards,
~ Janice

Thank you Janice, I got a call from them today and we developed a plan that will work well for us. Thanks again.

Gary
