You might see about Coachlight RV in Carthage, Mo. They host rally's at their campground and are a GD dealer. We could be there in Sept.

I have been researching the KC area. It might be difficult without a dealer to support the rally. We will be at Lifestyle RV in Grain Valley Missouri this week to pick up our new rig. I will ask the owner about it. I like planning for September as well.

So late September and it will most likely be at the KOA in Odessa, MO, right down the road from Lifestyle RVS, who will be supporting the rally. Teresa is on this one!!! Thanks!!!

The KOA is located at exit 28 at I-70 which is Oak Grove Missouri. They have a building for get togethers. They work with Lifestyle RV's customers. They will have a special price for attendees. But first we have to have an exact date that works for all that are involved. We will need a few of us to do the planning. I can't do it alone.

If the support is for late September, let's just pick a date and run with it, it's not going to suit everyone perfectly, those that want to be there will make it work

I guess I should have made things more clear in my original post. I'm sorry.

We are looking for another volunteer for helping us so if you feel that you can please contact myself or Teresa Stoffel.

The tentative timeframe is for September. We want Grand Design and Lifestyle both on board and agreed on the dates so they will be there. This could take 2 or 3 weeks, with people being on vacation from the Holidays and the backlog they may have when they get back. Just mark the whole month of September and October off for now for those of you that are planning your trips. We will be working with KOA and reserving a number of sites for our group, and then we will post on here when they have all the info and are ready for reservations.

We also like to see how much interest there is, it gives us an idea on what size of a rally this might be so we can plan accordingly.
