Yeah, I think they mean Standard "Features"...I think.

They are also known as Forced Options. These are things that the manufacturer doesn't want to make standard...typically to keep the customer from overlooking them. When you look at Momentums (of current model year), you can be sure that every one will have those particular features without a doubt.
