I have a 2025 Reflection 303rls, thinking of putting a Morryde pin box on to dampen the push-pull.

Thoughts on this product?

Thanks

I had one. It was better than the original hitch (RotoChuck or something like that). Now I have a goose ball and am in love with it (it a Reese).

We installed one 2-years ago. Very pleased with it. We use a B&W Companion hitch. It does not eliminate the chucking completly but it does a good job of reducing it. Be sure to review the GVWR of your trailer to order the correct P/N. There are several options to choice from.

I’ve been running these for 6 years between two trailers. Definitely better than the rigid pin box I had on my first FW, but I’ve never tried some of the above mentioned options.

On a really bad section of highway I’ll get a little of the tug and push but beyond that it’s quite smooth with the B&W hitch. Silent as well, but that’s more the hitch than pin box.

Our Solitude came with one from the factory. I ran it for about a year and it was OK. But on some concrete highways there was an oscillation where you'd be pulled forward and backwards in sync with passing over the concrete segment joints. I replaced it with the Trailair Air Ride pin box and problem solved.

We had ours installed on our 320 MKS 4 years ago at MoreRyde (cheaper than the dealer) and have loved the results. We use a standard Demco Recon as we have a full 8ft bed on our F350

Been running the 18K version on our Solitude now for 6 years, a lot better than the solid pin box but there can still be some chucking now and then depending on road conditions. Works OK for us and we like it. We use a standard Companion hitch.
There are better more expensive alternatives, like air ride hitches and pin boxes with shocks that will eliminate more of the chucking just depends on how much money you want to spend.
