Going from a Road Armor pin box to a Morryde Rubber pin box. I’ve had the Andersen Ultimate hitch for a few years. Love the simplicity and light weight of it. I had to use a lockout kit to be able to use it with the Road Armor pin box. Now purchasing a Grand Design with the Morryde pin box. Reading where I need an adapter for this as well. I know it’s the RPB77-006 adapter. Does the rubber pin box still work/operate the way it’s designed to work? Looks like this adapter will keep the side to side movement from happening but still be able to move front to back. Anyone have this setup? I’m not changing out pin boxes just changing campers. TIA

Update on your situation?

Did you end up getting the adapter for the Anderson or keep the original MoRyde set up?
I've got the Anderson with the original, only finding out about the adapter a few minutes ago after pulling our 43footer the last year and half and now chucking forward/back when stopping/pulling away. Nervous about this.
Any input?
Thanks
