Gotta remember that mobiles techs usually do not have "staff" to answer the phone. They are a 1 man show. They get paid to fix things. Time spent on the phone slows down the job(s) they are currently working on.
I think he’s just swamped with work. He seems to be the only RV tech at the largest KOA in the US, Okeechobee Florida, KOA. Our cabin is 30 miles away in the sticks. It wouldn’t be as profitable to travel to us as it would be to go from RV to RV at the KOA sites. I just wish he would at least respond. If I were at the KOA I expect that setting him to look at our RV wouldn’t be an issue.
The other recommended mobile RV tech I called is now limiting himself to only Air Conditioner calls.
With all this work that’s out there they can get picky and I don’t blame them.
