I went and weighed my setup yesterday and i thought i would throw it out there for advice on setup.View attachment weigh 1.pdfView attachment weigh 3.pdf Weigh 1 is truck and trailer loaded with wdh. Weigh 2 is without wdh and 3 is truck alone. Truck has these specs. GVWR-7100, GCWR-16800, GAWR-RR-4150-PAYLOAD-2016, TONGUE weight-1160. Any feedback is appreciated. By the way, Weigh 1 was without me in the truck as the wind was so strong i couldn't hear the speaker so stepped out to listen and he weighed it. Add 175 for the driver. HAHA

Can’t be sure how much got weight transfered to the steer axle due to drivers absence from the tow vehicle during WD weigh

Tongue weight 880 lbs (6460 - 5580)

Trailer weigh 6920 lbs (6040 + 880)

Tongue is 12.7% of trailer weight

WDH transferred 100 lbs to trailers axles

Can’t determine weight transferred to steer axle due to missing drivers weight

Driver weighs 180 lbs, not 175 lbs (12500 - 12320)

All the above assumes my math is correct.

Your numbers look good according to your weight limits for your truck. You can use this calculator, results are at the bottom:
http://www.towingplanner.com/ActualWeights/TravelTrailerCatScales

Tongue weight = Ticket #2 (steer + drive axles) - Ticket #3(steer + drive axles)
Trailer weight is (tongue weight + ticket #2 trailer axle)

If you want to dial it in a little more you can adjust your WDH to add a little more weight to the steer axle.

I was thinking of cranking it up one notch so thanks for your reply.
