The other day I decided it was time to organize my collection of tools and stuff and came across this small item. It has 'Camco RV' printed on the side. I have no idea of it's purpose. Anyone know what it is used for?

Update: I figured out how to use Google Lens on my PC and received the same answer as you did. Now the mystery is how did I ever inherit this tool?

The diameter is just the right size to lock a Dometic awning spring from spinning if needed.

I tried using Google Lens but only received suggestions of racing shock absorbers, LOL. Is there anyway for you to send me the search link from Google Lens?

You can download the app to your phone or tablet. As for a PC I'm not sure they have an app for the pc. With the app you can search with a photo , camera or on the browser.
It isn't always right but have had pretty good results using it to identify or search for odd ball items

Yes, that's the tool for attaching the spring to the hot water heater for furnace vent. I have some that are just like that. You get one every time you buy one or a pair of those covers. They reside at the top of your tools until the day you need it, then they go hide, and come out again after you have mangled the cover you were trying to remove enough that you buy a new cover with a new tool.

I was going to say shrimp fork for the small salad shrimp  But I think you have it figured out. Speaking of tools, I need to remember if I put the valve core tool back in the Viair case after using it.

Also, look for insect screens. This tool comes with the set and, as I understand, it is only used for their installation. If you are going to buy a new set, it will definitely include a similar tool, so I think you can throw this one away.
