My RV has been sitting at our farm, plugged in to 50 amp shore power for the past several months.
My battery checks out at 90% charge.
Wife and I stayed in the RV last night without any issue.

We are ready to hook up and head out…
On the jack control panel when I press the up/down buttons simultaneously, I get the green light as usual.
I can raise or lower the front legs using the touch pad.

When I press either the retract all button or the hitch height button I get the red blinking light - I can’t get the back supports to raise, thus am unable to raise the hitch to hook up.

Hopefully this is operator error - any suggestions?

Actually check the voltage at the battery, the hydraulic system can be pretty finicky about the level of charge. 90% doesn't really give you the real data. And if it's been on shore power all this time, it should show 100%, IMO anyway.

Can you get one side or the other to raise when in "Manual" mode?

Hoopy, I managed to get hooked up by using the ground control panel

To be honest, I don’t fully understand, but I will certainly study up on this for the future.
Thanks for your prompt response :)

Good to hear. A multi-meter is a good addition to the toolkit. These controllers can get kind of wonky if the voltage out of the battery is not what they want. Sometimes close just isn't enough. :)
