I've moved from a conventional tow to 5th wheel and am picking it up today. My tow vehicle is a 2013 F250/6.2L/Crew Cab. The new baby is a Reflections 268BH. Dry tongue weight is 1275 lbs.
.
The truck is 8 years old and due for shocks. I want to replace those and then evaluate the setup for ways to reduce truck sag. What are the recommendations for shocks, front and back, and then if needed what is the best route to proceed with if I still have to deal with additional leveling?

Air Ride air bag levelers. Just my 2 cents, adjusted for inflation...

I really liked the Bilstein 5100s on my last truck, I'd strongly consider them on my new truck when its time to replace them.

Air bags will help with leveling.

Air bags all the way. If you dont mind airing them up yourself. A set are fairly cheap ( 300-400 ) depending on where you buy them and pretty simple to install. Took me about 3 hours. If you want the auto inflate thats about another 350.
