Need Window Shade Auto Stop for 2022 Imagine 2970RL rear window

I am getting ready to head out and BOOM the rear window black out shade just pulled and then dropped all the way down. I can roll it up and do feel spring tension when I do, but then the shade just drops back down.

I believe this might be a failed auto-stop in the mechanism. Any ideas?

Otherwise, where do I order a new shade or spring assembly from. There is nothing in any of my documentation. I believe the supplier is Irvine Window & Shade in Elkhart, IN.

give them a call, they will want the #'s off the shade roller to ensure you get the correct parts. They are very helpful and friendly.

You can start by calling the Grand Design parts department Monday and having your VIN ready. They will now ship parts directly to owners (though sometimes the shipping rates can be surprising). They will often give you the manufacturer and the manufacturer's part number so you can source it elsewhere.

Here are some forum posting tips:

1) If you use "Reply With Quote" (to the right of "Reply") as I have here, folks will know to whom you are responding and that person will get a notification.

2) You can also tag folks using the "@" symbol and their user name (as I have done yours) - they'll also get a notification that way.
