New 2024 381M -OneControl missing floor plan

Our new RV doesn’t have the 381 floor plan in OneControl or when we link the app to the pin in the panel so all our tanks register as empty even though they are full and we are missing options that it should have. The under body lights and pantry lights don’t turn on even with the switch for the pantry. Any ideas or similar experiences?
