Hi All!!
Bought my fist camper and we took it out for our first trip. When we arrived there was debris and saw dust on everything inside. I didn’t notice this when hauling it home from the dealer, but was real bad when we got to the camp ground. I know it is from air blowing building debris and dust around, but my question is what should look for for possible entry to allow this?

Yes all the vents were closed and windows. We did drive in the rain for several hours so I am worried more so about water penetration into unknown spots while driving.

Any input is appreciated!!

Impossible to know if there was zero windows or vents open

I always travel with my roof vents open and never have experienced what you are describing

After a few thousand miles of towing my Solitude, I stopped cleaning up saw dust and staples after a drive. Then I had the roof replaced….saw dust again for a couple trips. Recently had the two main slide roof tops replaced. More sawdust and even a little white square head screw traveling on one my snap pads.

It’ll subside eventually. Your trailer just has the purge the mess and left over parts from construction.

Very common. After cleaning top to bottom when we bought the 22MLE, the first time we turned on the A/C saw dust and everything else blew out of the dang vents. I pulled all the vent covers off and stuck the vacuum hose in each as far as it would reach. If you do this be very gentle, those ducts are just a lightweight card/paper material and can easily be punctured. Otherwise, you'll find dust comes out of various area for a while before it stops completely. :(

After about 18,000 miles, I still find saw dust occasionally. The worst spot I was able to get to with a vacuum after taking out the electrical outlet. My last trailer, after 6 years, I was still finding metal shavings (metal trailer), figured my trailer was the one they used on the line for all the metal shavings.
