New 323bhs electric water heater not working

I had the same problem with my 2015 323. The water heater wasn't plugged in from the factory.. Maybe the water heater plugger in guy had a bad night before.

Well problem solved! It was not plugged in to the back of tank. This was not accessible as it apparently is on other models.

An escape from the factory? If so, another dealership PDI failure. Dog gone it.
