Just picked up our new 350M. I really appreciate the information on this forum. This was our first new camper purchase and new to fifth wheels. The information on this forum helped to make the purchase less stressful. We stayed overnight at the dealership and they fixed the couple of issues we had. Looking forward to this new lifestyle.

Thanks,
I read your thread and will be checking AC flow and furnace this weekend. In Louisiana, we get the weather to do this. It will be 35-40 at night and 60-65 during the day. My goal is to do a more detailed check of all systems. We stayed overnight at Dixie in Hammond, La when we purchased. The couple of issues were that the fuel gauge had to be reconnected to the fuel station door and we were missing one key. Other than that, all systems were working well.

Welcome to the forum Winn and congratulations on your new Momentum!

Currently pulling with F250 and will be upgrading to F350. My plan was to upgrade the truck first but I was able to negotiate a good deal and made the purchase. I had it weighed and I am barely within limits for pin weight based on my truck. Unfortunately that is without passengers. For now, the wife and kids will follow in the car to keep payload down until we upgrade. Thought my truck would be fine until I started reading this forum. I see fifth wheels this size on the road behind three quarter ton trucks all the time. You live and learn.

Not a bad idea. I've read about lots of F250s pulling 3000lb pin weight rigs and have yet to hear of a bad situation. But why push your luck right? What year is your Ford? I feel like my 6.4L barely has enough power for the 350M!

2015 6.7L. Pulls great but squats under the load. My brother feels I would be fine with bags.

Sanity I just joined the forum and saw your post. I picked up my 350M from Dixie in Hammond last Thursday. We plan to give it a trial run this weekend as we didn't have time to spend the night. Hope all goes well with the first trip.

Congrats on your purchase. We are loving our camper. Took it out a couple of times and only have a couple of things that need to be addressed. Fortunately, it is nothing that prevents us from camping. Our happijac system in the garage needs to be adjusted and I have a seal on the storage door that needs to be addressed. Thanks to this forum, I knew potential issues to look for and felt prepared for the PDI. I was very pleased that I could not find any major concerns when we spent the night at the dealership. I am totally satisfied with our choice and can't wait for warmer weather.

We love our 350m, been our 4 times and just minor issues. Just returned it to dealer for adjustments and one leak in the slide room ram. Otherwise we are super happy and love the floornplan!!!
