Hello All, just purchased a new Solitude 369RL. fell in love with it as soon as we walked in. We had a very bad experience with a Keystone Product and was a little nervous about purchasing this product. Hoping this one changes our mind. It is definitely a beautiful unit.

We have the 369 RL also! We have had it out two times and absolutely love it. We also have a Keystone Cougar that we have for sale and the difference in the quality is unbelievable! I don't think you could be disappointed in your Grand Design!

Hi Terry, you'll love the Solitude and from the bit we have experienced there won't be disappointment. Warranty service is great and I know with our unit anything we have had trouble with ,which has been so minor has been dealt with quickly.
