Hello! We just traded in our 2021 Transcend xplor 247BH for the 2024 Imagine XLS 25DBE. We enjoyed the last 3 years using the 247BH, but as that did not have a slide out, we wanted a little bit more room as the kids are getting older. We are happy to have a slide now but a little nervous with the extra maintenance that can bring. Looking forward to being a part of this forum and to connect and learn from others’ experiences.

Just seeing this post right now. Missed it last year. If you're approaching the end of your dealer warranty, make sure your slide rack system is aligned properly. Ours was out 1/4" from side to side and the dealer had to order a new slide rack and the install had the RV for about 10 days.

Our warranty expired March of 2025, yours is assumably next month. You may want to have your dealer check it out before the cost is on you. Things to look for are a slower than normal speed going in and out and if one side is always lagging behind during movement. Our hitch side of the slideout was routinely completing the expand/contract a second or two before the back side of the slideout. We knew something was off and that was it. Best.
