Hello,
I'm new to this forum. We are completely new to the RV world! Yes, complete newbies!
My name is Jeff and we (my wife Linda & I) purchased our Grand Design Imagine XLS LDE23 in April 2022. We have gone out with it only 3 or 4 times. We had problems with it after we took it out the first time because we couldn't open the release valve to drain one of the gray water tanks. We had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment to bring it to Mike Thomson RV in Colton (where we purchased it). Then they kept it for seven weeks to make all the repairs (there were other problems as well). All problems were fixed under warranty.
So far, we have only taken it out to dog shows and to a hunt test for our dogs. I've also been using it for my office as a psychotherapist. We built a pad and completely changed the look of our front yard to make it inviting for my patients. I see some people in person now that many of the covid restrictions have eased. But most still prefer the video sessions. I can't use skype or many of the other platforms as they are not secure enough for psychotherapy or health care.
We are looking forward to using the trailer a great deal more in 2023.
