Hello all, my wife and I recently bought a 2020 295RL and we love it. We upgraded from an old toy hauler, and we parked it in Happy Jack Arizona to escape the summer heat. I'm really impressed how 5th wheels tow. From the side mirrors, it looked like the trailer tires followed the same track the truck tires. Much easier to tow then a bumper pull. I think GD did a great job with this model. We bought the 295RL thinking we might want to tow a trailer with ATVs behind it someday, but we like it so much it makes me wish we got the 337 with the window by the stove and bedroom slide and front storage. So glad I went with a GD!

Looks like a nice floor plan you have. And, yes, aren't 5th wheels such a pleasure to town.

Beware - we like spending you money on "neat" "stuff":);) Let us know what goodies you might be thinking about... lol.....

I don't know anything about electrical but installing something to help me understand battery usage and recharging might be the first thing I buy. I can imagine how much fun one could have customizing their rig.

There ya go.... asking us to spend your $$$... lol... ;) just teasing you....

A Victron energy BMV-712 Smart Battery Monitor will get the job done. At about $150+ dollars.

If you are like me (and a lot of us) and just travel for a day and then park in place with shore power then it is likely your battery usage will be minimal and you can save those $$s.

If you put in Lithium barrettes the BMS system in them would likely be plenty to show the usage.
