Long story short - despite being very particular with roof seam maintenance - it was fully replaced in October, I found some soft spots while washing my roof last month. Fortunately, I have a Flex Armor location about an hour from me, so I scheduled an appointment which fell on last Tuesday - finishing on Thursday. What a great company to work with. They let me drop off on the previous Saturday, and pick up on the following Saturday. Very impressed with their work. It was somewhat expensive as the roof measures 31 feet and it's 200 a foot, plus plywood. They also put vent covers over the bathroom and kitchen vents, which were never covered. Plus, it has a lifetime warranty that is transferable. ( first attachment uploaded rotated - no way to fix, but you get the jist)

We did the same roof about 5 years ago on the 5er we traded on the 397
It was the best money you can spend iif planning to keep rv which at the time we had no reason/desire to replace.

We got the RV Armor roof 2yrs ago and been happy ever since on our 295RL. Also did the MorRyde IS/Disk conversion too. We too plan on pulling this rig for our duration of RVing.

Again, do agree, best money spent for a longterm ownership rig in our opinion.

Note: Rv Armor came out to us on the exact day we scheduled and did it right in our storage lot! 3 days later..... done.

We had a flex armor roof installed on or last camper at the York Pa company. Love those people! Can’t say enough about their work. This summer we got a 270BN Reflection. I was just up on the roof and there are loose areas and lifting. The dealer said this is normal. Uh, not to me. We never had a roof look like this. Anyway. We will be putting on a flex armor roof and never look back.
