Had new Sailun 23580R/16 tires and Centramatic balancers installed this past week. Went with forum recommendations. The old Westlake tires looked in good shape but with a 2018 manufacturing date they were past due for replacement. Never had any issues with the Westlake tires. I noticed the Sailuns are made in Cambodia. I know previous post stated they were made in Vietnam. So does this mean they have relocated again? Manufacturing date is 04/2023. Ordered from SimpleTire. So they’ve been in the warehouse for one year. That normal and acceptable? They were a bear to mount. Shop that repacked the bearings tire machine couldn’t get the Westlake tires off rims. Was afraid damaging aluminum rims. I had to pick them up and take to a tire shop. Took 3 guys pushing down to get those new Sailuns on the rims. They are one stout tire. Hope they last for us. First time I’ve ever had tires mounted on an RV. Learning experience. Thanks to all who recommended the Sailun tires and Centramatic balancers.
