No access message

Can anyone tell me why when I try to open a posted picture I get a pop up message that says,

You do not have permission to access this page

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to acces this page

And what do I do about it?

I see that you have Site Sponsor status and shouldn't have a problem. Were you able to open attachments previously? Are you using a smart phone, pad or tablet?

I didnt know I had to pay for a subscription , I just took care of it.
