No Water from Kitchen or Bath Sink : Stopped Flowing During Winterizing

Hi All,

SOLVED. Duh. Clogged screens.

I have a 2022 Transcend 261BH. I was getting ready to take it out for the first time this year and I have NO water flow from the kitchen or bathroom sinks.

Plenty of water and pressure at the toilet, shower, and water heater. But not a drop from the bathroom sink, and just a couple of drops from the kitchen. This is the same on city water or not. Hot water or cold. I did try to bleed the low point drains (something I read in another thread). Told me that there'd definitely good water pressure in the system - but that didn't help.

I think this started last fall while I was winterizing. I had the bathroom and kitchen sinks on while flushing anti-freeze through the lines. I was doing it by the book, and was using RV anti-freeze. During the siphoning process, I heard the bathroom sink stop running. I thought it was odd, but being that it was my first time winterizing I though that "maybe that's how it works". Don't recall noticing the kitchen sink stopping, but I was done with my winterizing at that point.

Now, after un-winterizing it, sinks still don't flow.

Thanks!

Hmmmm... interesting? As for as the screens go, you should be able to unscrew the shower head from the line or the aerator from the faucets. Must have a clogged water line somewhere. Do both the hot and cold sides not work at those areas?

It was too weird so I'm going the clogged aerator route. Kitchen sink is fixed. That was the problem.

Gotta go with the obvious, right?

Currently working on figuring out how to remove the aerator *#%# from the bathroom faucet.

It should unscrew. Might have to line a pair of pliers with some electric tape and use them to remove it.

We ended up in our first year of going with a RV water softener from ABC. It really helps out with removing hard water that can clog aerators, lines, and valves plus cuts down on soap usage and water spots. Would recommend it for the long haul if you plan on camping in CGs.

Havent had a clogged faucet or shower head in 4 yrs. And all of our water device work like new.
