No water to the hot water heater

I have water flowing through the system
But not water flowing through to the hot water heater I have the Nautilis P2.5 I have a momentum 29G. Help.

The type of trailer will be helpful. (I see you have it but, I would recommend that you put this info in the signature)
Did you take a look at your manual that come with the rig?
It is likely that you have the heater by-pass engaged from winterization.

Or a frozen check valve on the output of the water heater.

The rig is a momentum grand design 29G
And everything was fine last summer and I had to dealership winterize it and now there’s no water going to the hot water heater and I have the manual I read through it but I just don’t see anything that troubleshoots no water to the hot water heater

Do you know if water is not flowing into the tank, or if the water is flowing into the tank and just not coming out?
Is the hot water tank valve closed. The plug and relief valve?
Possible that the water is flowing in and out of the tank and just not being heated? Can you narrow that much down?
I have the P1 unit but in your case I believe the bypass valve my be engaged. (see picture of hot water heater)

Nothing in the tank I pulled the drain plug.

if there is no water in the heater tank, then that means it is in the bypass mode. She my comments above.
