Off the grid for 14 days in an Imagine AIM 15BH?

This little Trailer has a 42 gallon fresh water, 74 gallons grey water, and a 37 gallon black tank capacities. With the optional AIM package ($2700) you get an additional 200 watt solar panel (400 Watt total), a 2000 watt inverter, Off road tires, Maxx air fan, back up camera, and a Tire linc sensor kit. I added a Battle Born Gamechanger 270ah Lithium battery with a Smart Shunt, and a Solar on the side plug for my 200 watt portable panel and charge controller. With a total of 600 watts solar and 270ah lithium, I think I'm ready to attempt 14 days.

"I'll be interested to see how your water holds out for 14 days." That was my first thought, too. We usually fill and dump two or three times each week, so figure filling and dumping five times in 14 days, and we have 50 gallons of fresh water.
