We have a 2024 Momentum 351M and are having a problem with the One Control touch screen, specifically, the All Lights function. Although the rest of the functions on the screen respond appropriately to being touched the all lights “ button” isbeing difficult. Sometimes we spend a couple of minutes or more repeatedly touching the screen with different fingers before it finally decides to turn the lights on or back off again. It is only this one function that is misbehaving. It works perfectly from my phone app but I don’t want to have to find my phone every time I want to turn the lights on or off. Any ideas? Thanks

Thread moved to Control Systems.

Sorry - I don't have any experience with the One Control systems... someone should be along shortly who does.

The only thing that I can think of, off the top of my head is to power it down (lift up and remove from the wall mount and unplug the 12VDC power leads) and wait a minute. While you have it disconnected and no power to it, maybe take a lens cloth and some eyeglass cleaner and gently clean the entire screen. Spray the lens cleaner onto the lens cloth, not directly onto the screen, and clean thoroughly.

If that doesn't work, you next step might be to contact Lippert Customer Service and see if there is a way to re-calibrate the screen itself. Sometimes the "touchpoints" on the screen kind of get out of alignment with the icons......that happened to my touchscreen on the infotainment center in my Ford truck. Hopefully, the screen clean will help, but if not....call Lippert for some possible suggestions.

Thank you! Does the screen just lift up or is there a secret sauce to removing it!

I have a 2018 model Momentum, and mine just lifts up off of the tabs that it's hanging on......with a slight "click" sound. I have no idea if anything has changed between my model year and yours (2024), so proceed with caution I guess. I've had mine off several times over the years and it has NEVER fallen off, even on bumpy roads....so the mounting method they used seems to be pretty secure.
